sadoo... japanese tea ceremony...
signed up for the sadoo (cha dao) this morning, which will be held on the 20th nov, saturday! paid 4ooyen for the tea leaves and cakes... well, the famed japanese tea ceremony... cant wait! the green tea (matcha) has a really strong taste, and it`s bitter! that`s why the japanese cakes are being served before the tea! tried them once during the cultural exchange programme... hmm... the cakes are delectable! okashi... oishikatta ne!
besides, i think it`s a very good opportunity to put my tahap kesabaran to test! heheh! for those of you who know me, i kind of like to rush into doing things, wanting to get things done as quickly as possible... i know i know! i just cant stand having piled up works, due in a few days time... arghhh... okay, i`ll be good! anyway, you cant just rush into making tea right? you have to wait for the right water temperature... correct amount of tea powder, water... the number of times you have to stir the mixture, where to place the utensils... etc etc... it`ll be a good lesson for me to learn!
will write in detail when i get back from that lah!
